Parte anche in Italia l’iniziativa #SheMeansBusiness lanciata globalmente da Facebook, il social network più usato al mondo, che prova a sensibilizzare i suoi circa due miliardi di utenti sul tema dell’imprenditorialità rosa. Il programma ha formato finora oltre 8 mila imprenditrici e più di 50 mila donne attraverso progetti fisici e in Rete, aiutandole a cominciare una propria attività, e insegnando loro come presidiare Internet e la rete dei social network. In Italia il progetto si propone di formare entro la fine del 2018, in collaborazione con Fondazione Mondo Digitale, 3.500 donne, numero non impossibile se si considera che si registrano già oltre 700 iscrizioni ai corsi. E il 37% di loro è formato da signore over 40, a conferma che la maturità di una donna può coincidere con una svolta importante nella sua vita.
Il progetto #SheMeansBusiness, già attivo in Asia, America Latina, Regno Unito e Medio Oriente, tradotto alle lettera, “Lei significa Impresa” punta dunque a promuovere l’imprenditoria al femminile nel nostro Paese, dove le posizioni apicali restano appannaggio degli uomini nel 52% delle aziende, nonostante le donne imprenditrici incassino almeno il 25% delle entrate grazie all’export internazionale del Made in Italy.
Il progetto racconta le storie di imprenditrici, per spingere altre donne a emanciparsi economicamente fondando un’impresa. Attraverso alcune pagine sul social network, le donne raccontano in video le difficoltà quotidiane nel gestire un’azienda. Un’attività in cui vorrebbe lanciarsi il 44% delle donne, decise ad aprire un’azienda, magari trasformando in lavoro un’attività del tempo libero.
