Sogni tutto il giorno il momento in cui metterai la testa sul cuscino perché sei una donna multitasking e i notevoli impegni quotidiani ti sfiancano. Poi arriva quel momento e… non riesci a prender sonno, perché mille pensieri sulla giornata trascorsa e su quella che vivrai all’indomani ti frullano per la testa e ti tengono sveglia e fin troppo arzilla. Così, ti innervosisci e la situazione rischia di peggiorare, rinviando il sospirato attimo in cui finalmente ti si chiudono gli occhi. Non si tratta di insonnia, ma di una difficoltà di lasciarsi andare tra le braccia di Morfeo. Ebbene, un metodo per accelerare quel momento addestrando il cervello ad addormentarsi c’è, e consiste in pochi punti, per l’esattezza sei. Eccoli
1. Mettiti comoda, scegli la posizione che più preferisci, tra sdraiata e seduta, tenendo in questo caso, la schiena dritta contro la testata del letto.
2. Metti la punta della lingua dietro gli incisivie tienila poi in questa posizione per tutta la durata dell’esercizio che ti accingi a svolgere
3. Inspiraattraverso il naso e conta fino a 4
4. Trattieni il respiroe conta fino a 7
5. Espiralentamente e conta fino a 8
A questo punto dovresti aver compiuto un ciclo che, se eseguito bene, è durato circa 20 secondi. Prova a ripeterlo per altre due volte arrivando complessivamente fino a un minuto o poco più. Vedrai che gli occhi cominceranno a chiudersi. Anzi, forse non te ne accorgerai nemmeno, perché chi ha provato questo esercizio raramente è riuscito ad arrivare al compimento del terzo ciclo.
